I met Glenn in the abandoned framework of my incomplete home, following the disappearance of our original builder. Glenn was one of only 2 local builders willing to take on the project, and showed great empathy for our situation. From the start, he worked with us to manage our insurance claim, building surveyors etc.

Throughout, Glenn was open, honest and an excellent communicator. We spoke regularly and met frequently throughout the build. Calls were answered or quickly returned, (which had not been our previous experience), even years after hand-over. The quality of the build is outstanding, a testament to Glenn’s high standards and the quality tradesmen he works with. A true professional and gentleman.
